Removing the Current Deflectors

Locate the current Deflectors on the inside of the SCR-8 unit.

Locate the 6 screws (3 for each deflector) that secure the deflectors in place.

Remove the screws and remove the deflectors from the Rotisserie unit.
Installing the P/N 56417 Baffle - Air Duct - Rot

Remove the side air duct on control panel side of unit.

Remove the upper air duct from the unit.
-
Locate the heater mounting plates in the ceiling opposite of the control side of the cabinet.

Remove the center screw on each of the heater plates, for each of the three heaters.

Align the three holes on P/N 56417 with the hole that the screws were removed from.
-
Tightly secure the Baffle using three of the screws into the existing holes in the heater plates.
Installing P/N 56412 Deflector - Light Customer

Before installing P/N 56412, be sure that you are on the CUSTOMER SIDE of the SCR-8 Rotisserie.

Place 56412 into the unit, lining up the mounting holes from the previous Deflector. Be sure that the longest part of the Deflector is to the left when facing the customer side (no-control side) of the Rotisserie. Tighten all fasteners securely.

After 56412 is installed the long tab of the Deflector should be located on the left side of the unit when viewed from the CUSTOMER SIDE.
Installing P/N 56413 Deflector - Light - Control

Before installing P/N 56413, be sure that you are on the CONTROL PANEL SIDE of the SCR-8 Rotisserie.

Place 56413 into the unit, lining up the mounting holes from the previous Deflector. Be sure that the longest part of the Deflector is to the right when facing the operator side (control side) of unit. Tighten all fasteners securely.

After 56413 is installed the long tab of the Deflector should be located on the right side of the unit when viewed from the CONTROL PANEL SIDE.
