Power Supply Box Louver Cover

Installing Louver Cover

Follow these instructions to install the power supply box louver cover.

Only perform this procedure when the fryer is cool or severe burns may result.

1. Turn power switch off.

2. Ensure fryer is cool to the touch before moving.

3. Pull out the fryer and unplug from power source.

4. Open door to allow access to power supply enclosure.



5. Remove JIB jug if necessary for more room.





6. Install louver cover by sliding tabs on back of cover into top most louvers of power supply enclosure and press downward on cover.



7. Once cover is aligned, reinstall screw through tab on cover.

8. Replace JIB jug if necessary.
