Replacing Blower Control Board

Only perform this procedure when the fryer is cool or severe burns may result.

Preparing Fryer

1. Turn power switch off.

2. Ensure fryer is cool to the touch before moving.

3. Pull out the fryer and unplug from power source.

Replacing Blower Control Board

1. Using drill with crosstip bit or screwdriver, remove 7 screws securing rear cover. Remove cover and set it aside.



2. Using 3/8 in (10 mm) socket or nut driver, remove 2 nuts securing blower control board cover. Remove cover and set it aside along with nuts.



3. Unplug 1 black wire connector and 2 white wire connectors from blower control board.

4. Pull board and standoffs from mounting bracket.

5. Locate new standoffs from kit and snap into place on bracket.

6. Locate new board from kit and snap into place on standoffs.



7. Reattach black and white wire connectors.



8. Replace cover and tighten nuts using 3/8 in (10 mm) socket or nut driver.



9. Replace rear cover and screws using drill with crosstip bit or screwdriver.

10. In reverse order, complete steps 3 through 1 in Preparing Fryer, and return fryer to operation.
