Electric Power Cord Routing and Attachment Installation Instructions

Installation instructions for electric 8 head power cord routing and attachment.

  1. Remove power from unit.

  2. Remove control panel.

  3. Remove drain rod access cover.

  4. Route power cord under frame in front of rear caster through power cord clamp.

  5. Pull cord through clamp on rear of insulation box and through electrical fitting on contactor bracket assembly.

  6. With approximately 1/2 in. of cord insulation through clamp, tighten clamp around cord securely.

  7. Pull all wires through contactor bracket and route up into the control area.

  8. Attach all wires to wiring diagram.

  9. Put side panel, drain rod access cover and control panel back in place.

  10. Plug fryer in.

  11. Fryer is now ready for use.

  12. Remove right side panel.
