FM08-502 8 Head Replacing KFC Control
Required tools
Crosstip head screwdriver

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power. |

Remove power from unit.
-
Write down all product cooking times and polish settings programmed into old controller NOW as new controllers(s) must be programmed with the same settings after installation or refer to KFC Standards Library.

Use a crosstip head screwdriver to remove two screws.
-
Pull controller out of opening and pivot top of controller down toward you.
-
Slide bottom edge of controller up into vertical slot at bottom of opening to hold controller in position.
-
Unplug connectors from back of controller.
-
Squeeze white tabs and pull. Lift front controller to remove.
-
Install new controller in reverse order and program new controller with old settings.
