The blower motor circulates air into the burner area to create the correct heat for the fryer. If the blower fails, a sensor will shut the gas control valve down.

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power. |

Remove the electrical power supplied to the unit.

Close and lock the lid.
The lid and counterbalance weight carriage assembly moves with force and can cause injury. Secure the weight carriage to the rear of the unit with securing bolts to prevent injury.

Remove the back shroud of the unit.

Using a crosshead screwdriver, remove the screw securing the flue to the blower.

Using a 3/8” socket or wrench, remove the 5 nuts securing blower motor and pull motor from unit.

Disconnect wires at junction box.

Remove the blower from unit.

Replace new blower in reverse order of procedures.
