PFG 690/691 Ignition Module Kit

Due to a vendor change in the ignition modules for the models 690 and 691, the mounting of the modules are different. Units with serial numbers JH018IH and below will use the White Rogers (white module), and units with JH019IH and above will use the Robertshaw (gray module). One kit required for each module replacement. To use the Robertshaw module in place of the White Rogers, follow the instructions below:

Use one of the back mounting holes to fasten the Robertshaw module with one of the screws and nuts previously removed from the White Rogers Module.

Mark and drill a ¼” hole in the mounting plate, diagonal across the module.

Use one of the screws and nuts previously removed to fasten the module (use the drilled hole).

Cut the terminal off the wire going to the “SPARK” terminal on the module, and replace with the larger (1/4”) terminal supplied with the kit.

Cut the terminal off the wire going to the “SENSOR” terminal on the module and replace with the smaller (3/16”) terminal supplied with the kit.

Replace the wires on the module and installation is complete.
