To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power. |

Remove power from unit.

Remove control from fryer and finger-guard if present.

Use a 1/2 in. wrench disconnect pilot tubes from pilots.

Use a 3/8 in. wrench or nut driver to remove two nuts securing current pilots in place. Also disconnect ground wires and flame sense wires.

Locate LEFT and RIGHT pilot assemblies inside kit (marked with "L" and "R").

For After SN: AP0411001:

Place left pilot on the upper left burner bracket as shown and the right pilot on the lower left burner bracket. Secure the pilots with the four nuts provided with an 11/32” nut driver.

Re-attach the pilot tubes, flame sense wires and ground wires, attaching the ground wire to one of the nuts.

If necessary locate the female spade terminal in kit and cut and strip the spark wire on the unit and crimp the spade terminal onto spark wire. Attach spark wire to new pilot assembly.

Re-install the finger guard and control.

Locate flexible pilot tubes, brass nuts & ferrules and brass T-fitting in kit. Remove SS pilot tubes and original T-fitting from unit and replace with flexible pilot tubes and T-fitting from kit.

Place left pilot on the upper left burner bracket as shown and the right pilot on the lower left burner bracket. Secure the pilots with the four nuts provided with an 11/32” nut driver.

Attach the flexible pilot tubes, flame sense wires and ground wires to new assemblies, attaching the ground wire to one of the nuts

Re-install the finger-guard and control.
