To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power. |

Use a crosstip head screwdriver to remove the front control panel.

Remove the condensation filter pan.

Use a crosstip head screwdriver to remove the screws securing the module cover and remove the cover.

Label and rmeove the wires form the modules.

Use a 3/8 in. socket and crosstip head screwdriver to remove the nuts and screws securing the modules and remove them from the unit.

Locate metal template from kit.

Align template with bottom of module to determine proper positioning and then place template on module bracket.

Slide template as far back as possible on bracket, flatten template on bracket and mark large holes in template.

Use a 3/16 in. drill bit, drill marked holes. Ensure not to drill into relays in control panel area.

Locate the orange pilot spark wire behind control panel and cut the wire about 3 inches from sensor.

DIscard wire.

Strip back the orange spark wire and crimp a male spade terminal onto orange wire.

Locate the suppression cables in kit. Use short suppression cable if replacing the left module and the longer suppression cable if replacing the right module.

Attach the larger, booted end of the suppression cable to the orange spark wire, gently pulling the “boot” over the connection to prevent arching. Push the the smaller, non-booted end of the suppression cable through the top of the module box, along with the other module wires.

Attach the smaller, non-booted end of the suppression cable to the new module, at the spark terminal.

Connect wiring to new Fenwall module, taking care to the placement of the wires. The labeled wires should match the labeled terminals on module.

If present, the TR-G wire is connected to the PVMV terminal.

Use hardware from kit, install new fenwall module, replace control panel and restore power to the fryer.

Fryer is now ready for use.
