Label Replacement Instructions

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power.

Only perform this procedure when the unit is cool or severe burns may result.

There are three procedures in this document. The procedures are: lid cover labels remove/ install, rear shroud labels remove/ install and general label remove / install. Observe all warnings before performing the procedures

Lid Cover Label Remove / Install

1. Remove two screws ecuring hte lid cover to the fryer.

2. Remove lid cover.

3. Discard lid cover.

4. Position new lid cover.

5. Install two screws securing new lid cover to the fryer.

Rear Shroud Label Remove / Install

1. Remove seven screws securing the rear shroud to the fryer.

2. Remove rear shroud.

3. Discard lid rear shroud.

4. Position new rear shroud on the fryer.

5. Install seven screws securing new rear shroud to the fryer.

General Label Remove / Install

1. Peel off as much of the old, failing label as possible by hand.

2. Use a 3M adhesive eraser wheel in any household drill to remove remainder of label.

3. Wipe particulate away.

4. Lightly spray with 3M citrus based adhesive remover if necessary to remove any remaining adhesive remnants. Let sit for 5 minutes.

5. Scrape or wipe away remaining adhesive remnants.

6. Clean area with Isopropyl alcohol wipes.

7. Let area dry.

8. Remove adhesive liner from new label.

9. Apply new label to product, laying label flat and working label flatly onto product ideally from center outward using included 3M PA-1 blue applicator.

10. If any large bubbles are noted after label is applied, the bubbles can be popped with the tip of a pin, then quickly press down on the label using a 3M PA-1 blue applicator.
