Remove Menu Card

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power. |

Ensure the power turned off.

Use a crosstip head screwdriver to remove the two screws securing the control panel to the fryer. Hold onto the control panel as screws are removed so the control does not fall off the fryer.

A sheet metal flange on the bottom of the control panel tucks into a slot on the front of the fryer and lets the control hinge down to a horizontal position.

Lower and stow the control to access the rear of the control.

Remove tap securing the menu card to the control.

Remove the menu card using the menu card tool from the kit.

Slide the menu card into the control using the menu card tool.

View front of the control to ensure the menu card is lined up properly.

Install a strip of tape securing the menu card to the control.
-
Raise the control.
-
Install two screws into the control securing the control to the fryer.
