Save and Load Setpoint Instructions

“Load Setpoints” lets you load fryer settings, cook settings, cook menus, filter settings, and etc. from a file on a USB flash drive

Setpoints can be loaded at any time except for during a cook cycle. Loading setpoints during a cook cycle may alter the product(s) currently cooking.

1. Ensure the control is turned off and the filter pan is in place.

2. Unscrew the USB cap in the upper left corner of the control.

3. Insert flash drive into the USB port on the fryer.

4. Press and hold the “Menu” button (lower left) to activate Main Menu.

5. Select the "3. USB / DATA" option.

6. Select “2. SETPOINTS”.

7. Select “GET FROM USB”.

8. Enter the normal programming password (123).

9. Use the Up and Down arrow buttons to scroll through the list and locate the file you want to load. Ensure that PXE file is on PXE units and OXE file is on OXE units.

10. Press the checkmark button to select the file.

11. When “LOAD?” option appears, select “YES”.

12. When “-DONE-” is displayed, press checkmark.

13. Select “3. REMOVE USB”. The control gives you 60 seconds to remove the USB from the port once you receive the “Ok To Remove” message. A countdown will appear on the display.

14. Wait for “Ok To Remove” message, then remove the flash drive.

15. Press “x” to exit and return to normal operations.

16. Setpoints have now been loaded.
