32X Direct Connect Oil System Operating Instructions

Connect the female quick disconnect to the male quick disconnect at the wall.

Leave hose attached unless fryer is moved.

Open the drain valve and drop oil from the vat to the drain pan.

On the back of the fryer pull diverter handle towards you from "FILTER" to "DISCARD".

When all oil is drained from the vat, turn filter pump switch to "ON". Oil will then be pumped from the drain pain.

When oil is emptied from the drain pain, turn filter pump switch to "OFF".
-
Located on the back of the fryer, push diverter handle from "DISCARD" to "FILTER".

Fryer is ready for fresh oil.

In order for the system to work properly, attach the hose to the oil return line only. |
