Disconnect power to fryer and allow it to cool.

Remove rear cover screws and the cover from the unit.

Save these items to be reused. OFG unites have two covers, OFE unites have one cover.

Loosen the nuts on the fittings of the 3/8 in. tubing. Remove the tubing from the fryer and discard.

Remove straight fitting from the top of the pump and replace it directly with the new pump fitting. Discard the old fitting.

Attach the bottom of the new 5/8 in. tubing assembly to the pump. Then attach the top of the tube assembly to the bottom of the valve.

Connect the 5/8 in. tube into the return line block assembly and valve.

Install the bracket to hold the tubing in place.

Fasten the two self-drilling bracket screws by drilling them into the black fryer frame.

Insert 5/8 in. tubing into valve assembly and tighten.

Secure the bracket to the fryer frame with screws provided using the U-bold & nuts provided in the kit.

Fasten the tubing to the bracket and tighten the 5/8 in. fittings.

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power. |
