Shut off the gas and power supply to the unit.

Replace the burner orifice with the orifice supplied in the kit.

Replace the pilot orifice with the orifice supplied in the kit. Some conversion kits include two types of pilot orifices, BASO and Robertshaw. Determine which type is required for the fryer then discard the other.

Remove the gas valve instructions from envelope and follow directions for converting the gas valve.
Note: Outlet pressure is stated on the enclosed label.
Note: Domestic units change the spring per manufacturer's instructions.
Note: CE units change the regulator.

Attach the pressure sensitve data plate label to the data plate. Cover up the old rating and pressue information with this label.

Turn on the gas and power supply to the unit.
