OFE 32X Conversion from Full Pan to Single Pan

To avoid electrical shock or property damage, move the power switch to OFF and disconnect power. |

Use a ross-tip screwdriver to remove left and right side panels.

Remove the existing filter pan from under the fryer.

Use a 1 in. wrench to remove the pick-up tube from the pump motor.

Locate the new stop blocks (4) included in the kit. Place them onto the two rails.

Align stop blocks up with holes in frame.

Locate the 1/4 20 nuts (4) form the kit. Attach the nuts to the bottom side of the rails onto the stop blocks using a 7/16 in. socket and tighten.

Locate the new filter pan and cover, place the cover onto the filter pan and slide on to the rails between the new stop blocks.

Install handle fitting union and male fitting SM inlet union onto the new pick-up located in the kit. Use pipe wrench to install unions onto the pick-up tube.

Install the new pick-up tube to pump motor using a 1 in. wrench.

Reinstall the side panels onto the unit.

When installing the filter screen and pick-up tube, the pick-up tube will be oriented in a new position.
