Remove the two pump shield screws that fasten the pump to the face of the motor.
-
Remove the pump from the motor.
-
Remove and discard the pump seal parts that were previously on the motor shaft.
-
Wipe the motor shaft.
-
Ensure inside of pump housing is clean.
-
Remove four bolts on pump cap and separate cap components.
-
Inspect Teflon rollers for damage and replace if necessary.
-
Remove Teflon rollers and rotor.
-
Align punch through center hole and tap seal out of pump cap.
-
Discard old seal.
-
Turn over pump and ensure pump cavity is clean for easy reinstallation.
-
Lightly coat the o-ring on the seal with food grade lubricate.
-
Place new seal groove side down into the pump cavity. The opposite side, facing the pump, should be shiny.

Using the handle of the screwdriver, push down on the seal to lock into pump cavity.
-
Turn over pump and align rotor to center hole.
-
Place Teflon rollers on rotor.
-
Align notches on pump cap with notch on pump housing.
-
Reinstall four bolts on pump assembly to connect cap and housing.
-
Install the new pump seal kit as shown.
